The Salmon Celebration is held in Westmoreland Park each Fall.  The event is a family-friendly event honoring the return of salmon to the restored Crystal Springs Creek.  It’s a partnership between SMILE and Portland Parks & Recreation, BES, Friends of Crystal Springs Creek, Trackers Earth, and numerous local Tribes.
