6:10 p.m. Draft South Reach River Plan – Scott Kelly. The committee will discuss the transportation elements of the draft South Reach River Plan. Comments or recommendations of the committee will be combined with recommendations from the SMILE Land Use Committee for approval by the SMILE Board at their meeting immediately after the Transportation Committee meeting on February 19th.
