6:00 – 6:05 PM: Introductions

6:05 – 7:05 PM: 5415 and 5425 SE Milwaukie Neighborhood Contact Meeting: Architect Ralph Tahran will present and discuss a proposal for two five story apartment buildings; one with 32 units; one with 48 units and with 31 surface parking spaces. The buildings will be designed to meet Community Design Standards.

7:05 – 7:10 PM: Update on 1944 & 2006 SE Tacoma: This project is in design review, the design was presented at our May meeting, SMILE submitted comments, and there was discussion between the architect, the City, and SMILE.  The architect has made changes to improve the appearance from Tacoma.  More information is at http://smilesellwood.wpengine.com/currently-under-development/ .

Note: Wednesday September 13 at 7:30PM at the SMILE Station the Land Use Committee will host Neighborhood Contact meetings for developments at 1631 SE Reedway (12 units, 2 stories), 1731 SE Insley (12 units, 2 stories), and 5340 SE Milwaukie (19 units, 5 stories, 17 parking spots).
