SMILE Land Use Committee Meeting

6:00 – 6:05 PM: Introductions.

6:05 – 6:15 PM: BPS, Main Street, Better Housing by Design, and DOZA updates.

6:15 – 7:15 PM: Residential Infill Project: Review and discuss Recommended Draft Report and outline SMILE testimony.  The Project reduces the size of buildings in single-dwelling zones, makes design changes, and fulfills most of the requirements of HB2001 by allowing up to 4 units per lot.   More information on the Project is at https://www.portlandoregon.gov/bps/67728 .  The deadline for testimony is tentatively when City Council holds hearings on January 15 and probably January 16.
