6:10 – 7:05 PM: Historic Resources Project and Conservation Districts: The Bureau of Planning and Sustainability is advancing a zoning code project that will make changes to how the City of Portland identifies, designates and protects historic resources. Conservation districts are geographic areas that are historically significant at the neighborhood level and regulated with more flexible historic resource protections than historic districts.
