8:00 p.m. Transportation items (discussion and voting): Consideration of letter requesting PBOT remove double yellow centerline

on SE 17th North of Nehalem; consider approving a letter requesting PBOT and ODOT close eastbound Insley Street at Hwy 99E.

8:20 p.m. Dispensary opening (discussion and possible voting) – draft letter to our legislators?
