Have you seen the beautiful flowers blooming at Oaks Bottom Overlook during summer? Would you like to learn more about the pollinators that visit these native plants? Then join your friends and neighbors Sunday, February 4th, from 10am-Noon and become a neighborhood steward! We’ll have a short talk from a local pollinator expert and then spend some time removing invasive weeds to make way for our native plants to emerge this spring. No experience is necessary — just bring your gloves and trowels if you have them, to the corner of SE 13th Ave. and SE Bybee Blvd. What better way to spend a morning than helping native plants and pollinators thrive right in our own backyard?
