6:25 – 7:00 PM: Historic Resources Code Project:  The City is updating the processes, regulations, and incentives that apply to the city’s most significant historic places. More information and the Proposed Draft Report are at https://www.portland.gov/bps/hrcp . The Planning and Sustainability Commission will hold a hearing on the Report October 27.   We will discuss proposing SMILE submit testimony for the hearing.
