6:10 – 6:15 PM: Update on Design Overlay Zone changes.  SMILE submitted significant comments in April.

6:15 – 6:20 PM: Update on Main Street Design Initiative.

6:20 – 6:40 PM: Update on Better Housing by Design project and discussion of major issues to consider for testimony to City Council later this year.  This is the start of our conversation; no decisions will be made at this time.

6:40 – 7:00 PM: Update on Residential Infill Project and discussion of major issues to consider for testimony to City Council later this year.   This is the start of our conversation; no decisions will be made at this time.
