Earth Week Project

April 30, 2017 @ 3:00 am - 5:00 am

Greetings neighbors,
What better way to cap off Earth Week, than to spend a morning enhancing pollinator habitat right in your own neighborhood?
Sunday, April 30th, from 10am-noon, learn from our own neighborhood expert ecologist Mark Wilson about native plants and the pollinators that depend on them in our very own neighborhood pollinator garden!
Bring your garden gloves, shovels and trowels if you have them to Oaks Bottom Overlook (corner of SE Bybee Blvd and SE 13th Ave), and spend a morning caring for this beautiful and special place, while learning how you can help create habitat in your own yard!

For some great background on this neighbor-driven project, watch this awesome video!
